How do I know if I am entitled to claim?

Simple fill in our online claim form and one of our team will assess your claim and contact you. Or simply call us on 02035408010 to discuss if your entitled. If you are unsure please contact us, if you do not ask you do not get.

What is a work related journey?

A work related journey is any travelling you do in order to carry out your duties of employment. This does not include a general commute to and from work as you are not allowed to claim for this under HMRC rules. 

How much refund will I be due?

Each claim is assessed on its own merits so we are unable to work this out until we have all the necessary information. But our average refund is £1592.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Claims are usually dealt with within 8-12 weeks. However, this can take longer dependant on the amount of work at your local HMRC office. Rest assured if a refund is owed to you we will get it. Just please be patient.

How do I know if a refund has been granted?

You will receive notification directly from HMRC in the form of a tax calculation showing the total amount of refund due.

How much is my refund?

Your refund is the amount on the most recent years tax calculation. So if you have calculations for four different years the total refund amount is that on the most recent one.

How much do you charge?

We do not charge a set fee and operate a strict No Refund No Fee policy. This means if your claim is unsuccessful then there is no fee at all no matter how much work we have done. For successful claims we deduct 20% plus VAT from your refund and a £12.00 processing fee. 

What is the benefit of using your company?

We are registered HMRC agents and have it in place that we get you a cash refund as opposed to it being reflected in your tax code for the following year. We are successful on 98% of claims and we ensure you get a cash refund instead of it being worked into your tax code.

When will I receive my refund?

 Once your refund has been received by us it will either be paid direct into your bank account or by cheque. Pay runs are completed on the 5th and 20th of every month.
